Reconstructive bone - Surgery details
Blue line: Incision line
1: The incision starts at the base of the ear and runs through the hair over the frontal region of the head. The skin is then peeled back to expose the region.
2: The bone graft, designed to create the ideal shape, is then attached to the forehead bone.
3: Then the graft is visually checked and the shape is refined using a file.
4: The skin is returned to its original position and closed with sutures.
Contouring with Implants
This surgery is for flat foreheads. Height is added to the forehead by implanting an artificial bone to create a rounded effect. Also, this procedure is appropriate for patients wanting a more sculpted face like non-Japanese people often have. A flat forehead can make one look older than their actual age. If you are unhappy with your forehead, please contact us for a consultation.
